About the app

CRM Lite is for freelancers and small business owners who want to keep customers, the organizations they work for and open deals on their own computer. It opens at once and keeps your records encrypted on disk.

Add people and organizations, link a person to an organization, and search as you type. Log notes, calls, meetings and e-mails, and set tasks with due dates typed the easy way, such as tomorrow, +7 or 3 Nov. A Today list shows overdue tasks, deals past their close date, deals with nothing logged for a week, customers not contacted for 30 days and deals closing soon.

A board shows your deals by stage with the count, total and weighted total of each column. Move a deal one stage at a time and record a reason when one is lost.

Bring in people or organizations from a CSV file, with a preview of how each column is matched. Nothing is written until you press Import, and importing the same file again does not double anyone. Export people, organizations, deals and history to CSV at any time.

The assistant uses OfflinAI Server running on your own PC. It can summarize a person or a deal, draft a message in a tone you pick, pick people and deals out of pasted text, and word answers to questions about your pipeline. The figures in those answers are computed by the app from your records, not by the model. Without OfflinAI Server, everything else works, and the assistant falls back to plain facts and simple message starters.

Agents you use can read your records and propose changes, which wait for your yes. Nothing is erased for them.

Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent to OfflinAI, there is no account, and no data is collected.
