Subscription
Monthly or yearly. Every new release and feature is included while it runs. If it ends, the server keeps running on the Free plan with your data where it is.
Perpetual licence
Pay once; the licence never expires. Twelve months of new features are included. After that, keep what you have — or renew updates for a year, at 40% of the licence price.
Security fixes, always
Every licence holder receives security fixes free of charge for five years from the date of purchase, whatever their update entitlement. The Free plan receives the same fixes.

A server is one running instance of OfflinAI Server with its data folder; GPU workers and remote nodes joined to it count as part of it. The OfflinAI Server Licence applies to every plan.

We are selling to our first customers directly, so buying is personal for now.

Quote and invoice
We send a quote, then an invoice in euro, paid by bank transfer. Online checkout is coming.

Once paid, you receive your key — activate it online, or as an offline licence file for an air-gapped site.
Do you charge per user?
No. Prices are per server. The plan's limits — API keys, projects and console users — separate a small office from a larger organisation, but nobody counts the people who use the AI.
Which plan does a small office need?
Pro, if the server should answer the other machines in your office: it serves them over HTTPS, with 25 API keys and no limit on GPU workers. Business adds what an IT department asks for: single sign-on, policies, budgets, content filters and audit forwarding.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The server keeps running with the features of the Free plan, and your data stays on your machines. Policies, limits and content filters you set stay in force; features the Free plan does not include stop, such as serving other machines.
Can we try a paid plan first?
Yes. Ask for a 30-day trial licence and tell us the tasks you want to test it on. The Free plan needs no licence at all.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice where it applies.
Can we host OfflinAI Server for our clients?
Yes, with a service-provider agreement: one licence per client server at reseller price, or an Enterprise agreement. The standard licence covers your own organisation's internal use. See OfflinAI for IT providers.
