- A signed, tamper-evident record of every administrative change, forwarded to your security tools as it happens (Business plan).
- It works with no internet connection — on a segregated network if you wish.

Is it suitable for privileged material?
It is designed so that privileged material never leaves your firm: the models run on your machines, and OfflinAI never receives prompts, documents or answers. Whether and how you use AI on a given matter remains a professional judgement for your firm.
Does it work with our document management system?
Not by itself. OfflinAI Server provides the AI, and applications reach it through the OpenAI API. Software that lets you choose an OpenAI-compatible server can use it, and your IT provider can connect other tools through the same API.
What does it cost?
One price per server, not per fee-earner. Firms that need single sign-on, policies and audit forwarding choose Business: €199 a month, €1,990 a year, or €3,990 once for a perpetual licence. Smaller firms start with Pro at €49 a month.
Can you help us write an AI use policy?
Yes. Our AI use policy session is 90 minutes with your staff plus a written policy template for your firm, for €490. It is practical guidance, not legal advice.
